Shri Bijoy Mondal Founder & Secretary Life Foundation

Shri Bijoy Mondal is the Founder & Secretary of Life Foundation and has been leading the organization since its establishment in 2010 with dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment towards humanitarian service and community development.

The vision behind the establishment of Life Foundation originated from his deep concern for vulnerable and marginalized communities, particularly children in need of care, protection, support, and opportunities for a better future.

Inspired by his social work experiences and driven by the desire to serve humanity, he founded Life Foundation with the mission of promoting inclusive development, child welfare, women empowerment, healthcare awareness, rehabilitation support, education, and sustainable community transformation.

Under his leadership, Life Foundation has gradually expanded its initiatives into multiple sectors including:

  • Child Protection
  • Education
  • Healthcare
  • Women Empowerment
  • Livelihood Development
  • Disability Inclusion
  • Environmental Sustainability
  • Humanitarian Relief
  • Rehabilitation Services

The organization also established:

  • The Child Care Institution (CCI),
  • And The Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA)

to strengthen child protection, rehabilitation, and family-based care initiatives for vulnerable children.
