Introduction

Life Foundation is a registered non-profit organization working for social welfare, child protection, education, healthcare, community development, and humanitarian causes.

Donations

All donations made to Life Foundation are voluntary contributions made towards charitable and social welfare activities.

As donations are utilized for ongoing projects and community programs, donations are generally non-refundable.

Refund Requests

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transaction
• Multiple deductions due to technical error
• Incorrect amount entered accidentally
• Unauthorized transaction reported by donor

Refund Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

The request should include:

• Donor Name
• Transaction ID
• Donation Amount
• Date of Transaction
• Reason for Refund

Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment.

Right to Refuse

Life Foundation reserves the right to review each request and determine eligibility for refund.

The decision of the organization shall be final.
